The reception staff was very welcoming and helpful, and the animation team was great, especially Modi and Haneen. the chefs and team members were very friendly and always willing to lend a hand. the pool was fantastic and well-maintained, and there were delicious dishes at every meal.

The hotel lacked a clear set of prices for various activities and services, which made it difficult to plan for and budget accordingly. certain amenities were underwhelming in comparison to other hotels I've stayed at in the past.

The hotel is located right by the beach, which is perfect for families with kids. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a sofa bed that's great for the little ones. The bathroom is clean and well-maintained, and the staff is attentive and friendly. The breakfast buffet offers a good variety of delicious options. The aqua park on-site is small but enjoyable, and there are plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently situated near shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area.

The shower water in some rooms has been reported to have a yellow tint.

I had a fantastic stay at a lovely property in Hurghada. The beach was absolutely stunning, and I even had the chance to swim with turtles in the bay. The staff at the resort were attentive and gave us a free upgrade, which was a fantastic surprise. The food, although it got a bit repetitive after a few days, was still delicious. The pool was heated, although I think a few additional degrees would have made it even better. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this resort.

The beach offers a wide sea view, allowing for comfortable swimming without water shoes. Snorkeling trips are affordable and easily arranged from the hotel's marine location. The cleanliness and well-maintained condition of the hotel, along with new furniture, contribute to a pleasant stay. The food, including desserts, is delicious with a good variety. The friendly and attentive staff ensure a satisfying experience.

The exclusive amenities of this hotel were impressive. the outdoor swimming pool and beach access were the perfect location advantages for relaxation. the live entertainment and karaoke added more entertainment options to the guests. the massage and beauty treatment facilities were top-notch. the bar and poolside snack bar were perfect for drinks. the restaurant served the best dinner and lunch dishes, and the buffet breakfast had a wide variety of flavorful dishes.
