We had a wonderful Christmas experience at this hotel. The staff were extremely welcoming and attentive. The location was perfect, with easy access from the train station. The traditional Japanese garden was a beautiful feature, and the peacefulness of the surroundings added to the overall charm of the hotel.

The property was smaller than expected, which limited the activities available. We would recommend taking a day trip to a nearby city to avoid boredom.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is near a train station and allows for easy travel to Koyasan and Osaka. The breakfast served at the hotel is excellent, and the staff provides excellent service, with two members who can speak English. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the hotel offers a beautiful garden and a thermal bath with a view of the forest.

The bathroom facilities were minimal and could use an upgrade.

The rooms on the west side of the hotel are exposed to highway noise, which can be a bit disruptive for light sleepers.

The room was extremely clean, quiet, and comfortable, with the added bonus of windows that opened for fresh air. the hotel facilities and staff exceeded our expectations.

The communal bath was definitely the highlight of the weekend, very traditional and relaxing. , the guest house was located in a quiet area surrounded by nature, perfect for a peaceful getaway.
