The facilities at this hotel were impressive, with a spa, gym, and swimming pool available until late. the staff were generally friendly and helpful, and the level of service was usually excellent. Additionally, the quality of the food was very good, and there were English channels available on the TV for entertainment.

One disappointing aspect was the swimming pool, which was too short to fully enjoy. Additionally, it was frustrating to be given twin beds instead of a master bed, especially as a solo traveler.

Additionally, the pool was clean and quiet, with a perfect jacuzzi. The hotel was located close to Century Park and the Shanghai Science and Technology Museum.
