The hotel's location on the Italian terrace offers the longest uninterrupted view in Hampshire. The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel facilities was impeccable. The staff was attentive and friendly, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast served was excellent, with the best poached eggs I've ever had.

As a budget traveler, I loved the beautifully furnished suite bedroom in the main house, the comfortable bed, and the amazing views of the gardens. The well-kept gardens and grounds were a joy to walk, and the outdoor swimming pool was a nice addition. The restaurant had lovely food with a good variety to choose from. The staff was friendly and professional, and in response to our feedback, they went above and beyond to ensure our food allergies were taken care of. The management team's speedy actions and excellent customer service were impressive.

Had a great Christmas stay! the beautiful grounds and gardens were stunning, perfect for a relaxing stroll. the rooms were spacious and clean, and the complimentary toiletries were a nice touch. the staff were friendly and hospitable throughout our visit. the highlight was the delicious food in the restaurant, especially the a la carte menu. the location was also great, with easy access to nearby attractions and shopping. we had a wonderful and memorable Christmas break.

The location is convenient, with a countryside feel. Closest train station is just a short taxi ride away. All 3 requests were fulfilled, including a nice room on the ground floor. Mini fridge was provided upon request. Birthday surprise during breakfast was sweet. Enjoyed the heated outdoor pool. Food at Oak Room restaurant was delicious. a pleasant stay.

I recently stayed at Tylney Hall for my sister's wedding night. The separate house overlooking a lily-filled pond was perfect. The room had welcome drinks, a flower heart on the bed, and the best quality bed and shower. The breakfast was brought to the house. The gardens were a highlight, as they're being restored to their previous splendor. The staff were cheerful, helpful, and couldn't do enough for us. Highly recommend a stay at this amazing hotel.

They promptly resolved an issue with the heating in our rooms by upgrading us to bigger and more luxurious accommodations. the food was delicious and the kids had a great time playing in the gardens and swimming in the indoor pool.

The bar area was consistently reserved, leaving guests with nowhere to sit and enjoy a drink. one staff member was impolite and made guests feel like an inconvenience.
