the staff at the reception, especially Mr Saad and Beshoy, were incredibly helpful and made sure I had an early check-in and a late check-out. They even upgraded my room to the same one I had during my honeymoon two years ago, which had a marvelous beach view. the restaurant staff, especially at the Italian restaurant, displayed excellent hospitality skills and even went the extra mile by delivering the bills to my wife when she was feeling sick. the hotel also had a diving center, offering reasonably priced trips for snorkeling and diving, which was a highlight of my trip to Marsa Alam, Egypt. the views of the green and blue surroundings were incredibly relaxing, and the staff's helpfulness was beyond compare.

The room was spacious and clean, with a balcony to enjoy the view. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast had a good variety of options. A lovely meal, good kids club, close to the reef, big and clean rooms, friendly staff, excellent food and service.

The luxurious amenities provided here exceeded our expectations. We thoroughly enjoyed the exceptional service provided by the friendly and helpful staff. the entertainment was top-notch, and the beach access was picturesque with beautiful coral reefs. the massage and Spa lounge facilities were sublime that took us to the new heights of relaxation.

the restaurant did offer an extensive range of tasty dishes which made up for it.
