The Pickalbatros Palace Aqua Park, located in Sharm El Sheikh, offered a stunning family room with a sea view upon arrival, which we were thrilled with. The room was spacious, well equipped with a flat-screen TV and a furnished balcony that provided an amazing view of Tiran Island, perfect for enjoying the beautiful surroundings.

The only minor downside was that the resort was pretty far out from where most of the main attractions were, such as the bigger pools and the food areas, making it a bit inconvenient for us to get around. However, this was a minor inconvenience considering the overall great experience at the resort.

Staying here was an unforgettable experience. The hotel is located on a hill with a beautiful view of the surrounding area. The service provided by the staff including room service, laundry and housekeeping was top-notch. I found it incredibly convenient to have shops and commercial services easily accessible on site. The rooms are outfitted with amenities such as air conditioning, heating and a mini-bar. More surprisingly, the manicure, pedicure, and facial services provided in the spa were exceptional. The aqua park was outstanding, and the public bath was so relaxing.

I heartily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an excellent stay with plenty of amenities available.

We had an amazing stay at a beautiful resort in Egypt. The hotel had a lovely, compact territory with multiple heated swimming pools, perfect for a winter getaway. The staff were super nice, polite, and always ready to help. They even upgraded our room free of charge and the cleaning service was impeccable. We enjoyed the variety of restaurants and the food was delicious. Our room had a stunning sea view and we felt truly pampered throughout our stay. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return.

The internet coverage was not great in all areas and there were limited snorkeling areas. However, these small drawbacks didn't overshadow our fantastic experience.

This hotel was amazing! The views of Tiran island were breathtaking, especially from the rooms on the hills. The rooms themselves were very clean and modern, with brand new furniture and even a free bottle of mineral water. The staff was friendly and attentive, providing great service and attention to detail. The breakfast was also delicious and offered plenty of options.

This hotel offers a luxurious and exclusive Spa & wellness centre experience. We enjoyed the sauna, outdoor swimming pool, and Jacuzzi. The beach access was incredible and we loved spending time on the sun loungers on the sun terrace. The body scrub and massage were both exceptional. We also appreciated the diverse restaurant options, including special diet menus.

The only minor issue we experienced was with some of the service staff coming across as abrupt due to the language barrier. However, this hotel's attentive and accommodating staff quickly rectified any concerns we had.

The rooms at this hotel were absolutely beautiful. They were spacious and well-maintained, with great views from the balconies. the hotel staff were also very friendly and helpful, especially Mr Waleed Ahmead who went out of his way to ensure our stay was comfortable. the aqua park was definitely the highlight of our weekend. the slides were thrilling and the pools were clean and inviting. We also enjoyed the fact that there were multiple swimming pools scattered throughout the hotel, giving us plenty of options to choose from. Lastly, the beach at this hotel was lovely, providing us with a great place to relax and enjoy the sun.

One downside of this hotel was the lack of variety in the food. Despite having different restaurants, the food served was mostly the same regardless of the cuisine.

Our family had a perfect 6-night vacation at Pickalbatros Palace Aqua Park. The room was spacious with separate areas for privacy, and the luxurious shower was a great touch. The private beach and snorkeling area were amazing, allowing us to explore the underwater world. The water park was a hit with the kids, and the staff, from the friendly cleaner Ali to the Hotel Manager Osama, treated us like royalty. We also appreciated the professional spa treatments and the attentive service throughout our stay.

Located in a prime spot near the beach, this hotel has plenty to offer in terms of dining experiences. With an array of restaurants to choose from, guests can savor dishes from around the world. The well-appointed rooms and exceptional service provide a comfortable stay. Facilities such as the water park and heated pools make it an enjoyable experience for all.

Though the hotel offers excellent amenities, some guests have noted inconsistent Wi-Fi connectivity during their stay.

I recently stayed at the Pickalbatros Palace in Sharm el-Sheikh for a week-long vacation. The hospitality was exceptional, with friendly staff always willing to assist. The diving center and water-sports office offered a variety of activities at fair prices. The rooms were spacious and clean, and we even received a free upgrade for our honeymoon. The hotel had many well-maintained pools, including water slides for both kids and adults. The beach was large and had a beautiful reef for swimming, diving, and snorkeling. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was also impressive.

The resort had excellent facilities, including six restaurants, many bars, lovely beaches, and daily animation activities. The manager's hospitality was exceptional, making our stay fantastic and comfortable.

The aqua park was amazing and I had so much fun going down the different slides. The food was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. The beach was stunning and I enjoyed lounging in the sun. I had a fantastic stay and would recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel fulfilled my luxurious needs with exclusive amenities, including a well-organised sandy beach, six main restaurants with a variety of food, and many heated pools, including a nice aqua park. Waiters and staff were fast and friendly, especially Mr. Tamer in the Asian Restaurant, who looked after us perfectly. The staff also offered lots of activities and leisure facilities, such as mini-golf, Yoga, Aqua aerobics, beach volleyball and fun games in the pools. Our room was well furnished and modernly decorated, with a nice sea view and luxurious rooms.

There was only one minor issue: the Wi-Fi connection coverage was poor during the daytime and not sufficient enough for Zoom meetings or video calls on WhatsApp. However, the hotel gives a nice impression of the location, with a variety of nice restaurants.
