Nothing it is perfect.

During my xmas stay, we were pleasantly surprised with two complementary drinks per room and a nice little snack tray. the hotel's location is great, very close to the beach and local shops. One of the best aspects of our stay was the beautiful view we had from our room.

The staff was not very helpful and the service was slow. We had to wait for a long time for our food at the restaurant and our room was not cleaned properly.

Staying here was a fantastic experience! The hotel is situated on the slope of a mountain, with breathtaking views of the sea and hills. The service was amazing; the staff were always prompt with room service and housekeeping. I was able to relax and easily access all the necessary commercial services - they even provided airport shuttle service and welcome drinks. My room was cozy with in-room amenities such as heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. I enjoyed the dining restaurant and bar lounge area for dinner, buffet breakfast, and packed lunches. The leisure spa & wellness center, sauna, and outdoor swimming pool were great places to unwind.

Some rooms offer spectacular views and the friendly service ensures a comfortable stay. The breakfast options provided are great and the bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. I loved the beach at the resort, perfect for snorkeling. The staff responded quickly when I had an issue with my room key not working. I would recommend staying here for a peaceful vacation.
