The hotel location was very convenient, being close to the airport and having easy access to nearby restaurants and shops. The rooms were beautifully designed and the bathrooms were clean and well-maintained. Additionally, the hotel had a spacious lobby with a variety of restaurants to choose from, offering delicious dishes.

There were a few negative aspects to our stay at this hotel. the patio door in our room didn't lock properly, which caused a security concern and required us to request a room change.

The hotel had a great variety of restaurants, offering cuisines from all around the world. The location was near a vibrant area with lots of restaurants, and there was also a fantastic mall close by. The adults pool was a great place to relax and enjoy the sun. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient, and the hotel provided water in the rooms daily. The parking area was excellent and reasonably priced. the hotel had a lively atmosphere and plenty of comfortable seating areas.

The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to key business areas and tourist attractions. the complimentary airport pick, up was a big plus, and the hotel staff was extremely helpful throughout my stay. the check, in process was smooth and efficient, and the room itself was comfortable and clean.

There were a number of disappointing aspects to my stay. the room was consistently dusty, indicating a lack of proper cleaning from the housekeeping staff.

They assisted me with my request for an early check, in and late check, out, which made my stay more convenient. the room service and housekeepers were also very accommodating, especially when it came to taking care of my baby. the receptionist even offered to provide a baby cot for us. I also appreciated the fast and respectful service at the reception during check, out. Lastly, the concierge and restaurant reservation staff were very helpful in providing directions to my desired destination.

The hotel's WiFi connection was quite weak and kept dropping out frequently. Additionally, one of the pools was out of use and the other closed at 6 pm, which didn't leave much time for relaxation after a long day of business.
