We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and right in the heart of the city. We were able to easily explore all the main attractions, including the Cathedral, Ponte Vecchio, and Uffizi, as everything was within close proximity. Moreover, the hotel staff was incredibly nice and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They even helped us carry our bags and provided excellent recommendations for things to do and see in the city.

Beautiful authentic Italian hotel with spacious and nicely decorated rooms. the location is ideal, just a few minutes walk from the cathedral and the main train station. the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, assisting with planning our visit and making reservations. the breakfast spread is delicious, with a wide variety of options including tasty croissants and homemade yogurt.

The windows are not soundproofed, so noise from the street can be disruptive for light sleepers. the Wi-Fi connection is unreliable and the beds are uncomfortably hard.

There was a wide variety of choices, including different types of bread, pastries, meats, fruits, and even cereals. It was a great way to start the day and provided plenty of energy for sightseeing.

My stay at this hotel was enjoyable, but there was one small aspect that could have been improved. The bed in my room was not attached to the headboard and it would slide when I tried to sit up and read.
