The hotel's location is fantastic, as it is situated close to everything. It is in the center, near shops, and a short walking distance from the train station. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The breakfast had a wide selection to choose from, including a full English breakfast, pastries, fruit, cereal, toast. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed.

Our room was modern and clean, with comfortable beds. Despite some noise from outside, we enjoyed a decent night's sleep. The breakfast was tasty and there were plenty of options. we had a pleasant stay at Holiday Inn.

I had a great stay at a hotel located just a 5-minute walk from Birmingham New Street station. The location was perfect, with Chinatown right across the street and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. My corner room on the "S" level was spacious, bright, and beautifully decorated. There was ample storage space for my luggage and belongings. Despite some dirt and hairs in the room and bathroom, the overall cleanliness was satisfactory. The bathroom was well-equipped with powerful shower facilities, although water tended to spill out easily. The breakfast offered a variety of hot and cold dishes, pastries, bread, fruits, and beverages, although the weekend breakfast started a bit late at 7:30 am. I had to rush my breakfast due to catching an early train, but overall, it was a good experience considering the price and location.

Additionally, the hotel offered a great breakfast selection with the option to order poached eggs. It was also convenient to leave my luggage at reception for the following day. a great choice for a comfortable stay.
