The hotel's location is fantastic, as it is situated close to everything. It is in the center, near shops, and a short walking distance from the train station. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The breakfast had a wide selection to choose from, including a full English breakfast, pastries, fruit, cereal, toast. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed.

All was good.

I had a great stay at a hotel located just a 5-minute walk from Birmingham New Street station. The location was perfect, with Chinatown right across the street and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. My corner room on the "S" level was spacious, bright, and beautifully decorated. There was ample storage space for my luggage and belongings. Despite some dirt and hairs in the room and bathroom, the overall cleanliness was satisfactory. The bathroom was well-equipped with powerful shower facilities, although water tended to spill out easily. The breakfast offered a variety of hot and cold dishes, pastries, bread, fruits, and beverages, although the weekend breakfast started a bit late at 7:30 am. I had to rush my breakfast due to catching an early train, but overall, it was a good experience considering the price and location.

The attention to detail was evident throughout, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the little touches that made me feel valued as a guest. The location was ideal, situated in a great area with plenty of amenities nearby. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with a double bed that was so comfortable I had a wonderful night's sleep. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was a great way to start the day.

Recently stayed at Holiday Inn Birmingham City for one night on a quick trip. The central location was perfect, allowing me to easily explore the city center. The rooms were lovely, with one being spacious and nicely decorated, and the other, although smaller, had a larger bed. The highlight was the comfortable bed, not rock hard like some hotels. Additionally, the hotel offered a great breakfast selection with the option to order poached eggs. It was also convenient to leave my luggage at reception for the following day. a great choice for a comfortable stay.

The staff at the Holiday Inn Birmingham City were extremely helpful and accommodating. When I arrived, my room wasn't ready, but they quickly found a solution and provided me with a temporary room so I could freshen up before heading out. Although it was a minor inconvenience, their willingness to find a solution impressed me. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great location, just 2 minutes from train station and close to Bull Ring. Excellent staff, friendly and helpful. Nice interior decor. Adjacent parking available for £20.

The staff on the front desk very friendly and accommodating! The room was perfect size and bed was super comfy! Facilities were very good and the room was very clean and tidy. Location was a short walk to the bullring, train station, the hippodrome and the o2 academy. The staff were so very helpful. Bed was comfortable, linens were crisp, water in washroom super hot and the water was soft, so my hair felt great!
