I had an absolutely beautiful stay at Casa Santa Lucia! The hotel was exquisitely decorated and cozy, making me feel right at home. The room I stayed in was comfortable and beautifully decorated, with a family room and two chimneys for added warmth and ambiance. The service was flawless, with attentive staff and prompt room service. The a la carte breakfast was delicious and full of flavorful choices. The attention to detail throughout the hotel was commendable. I had a wonderful experience at Casa Santa Lucia and would highly recommend it.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making our stay enjoyable as business travelers. We appreciated their hospitality and the delicious food options available, including in-room coffee and light room service. The themed rooms with beautiful art and textiles added to the overall charm of the hotel. The chiminea in our room was a cozy touch that we enjoyed every night.

We felt well taken care of and had no complaints whatsoever.

Upon arriving at this hotel, I was impressed with the luxurious amenities provided in the room. the stunning decoration and the flat-screen TV were both major highlights. the breakfast was wonderful and provided many delicious options. the staff was always friendly and provided exceptional service. the private facilities, including the in-room fireplace and comfortable bedding, truly made this a memorable stay.

My only minor issue with this hotel was with the location. the street noise was somewhat disruptive.

We had a romantic weekend escape and found some good aspects about this hotel. the breakfast was delicious and filling, providing us with the energy we needed to explore the city. the hotel’s location allowed us to get around the city easily and enjoy its main attractions.

The room was too small to move around comfortably, and the bathroom was not well maintained. the service was poor, and we did not feel welcome at all.

The value for money at Casa Santa Lucia was excellent, the room was amazing and the location was central yet quiet. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and even decorated our room for my wife's birthday.
