Fast check-in, sunny pool and beach, good food, Egyptian decor, great location, nice rooms.

Not one thing.

We were a big group of friends and we loved the lively animation team and their fun activities. The beach options were amazing, with both sandy and garden beaches, and the coral reefs for snorkeling were exceptional. The rooms were spacious and had incredible balcony views. The staff was fantastic and always ready to help. The food offered a good variety.

Felt incredibly welcome, no complaints whatsoever.

The hotel's location is convenient for accessing various nightlife options, from restaurants to nightclubs. The restaurant service is exceptional, with plenty of options for breakfast. The view from the rooms is breathtaking, and the entertainment facilities like night shows are worth watching.

Some of the staff members were not friendly; however, the diving center was exceptional.

Our family had a great time at Grand Rotana. The kids' club was a hit and the snorkeling was amazing. The room was beautifully renovated with an Egyptian twist. we had a fantastic stay. highly recommend the hotel.

The resort's architecture is impressively designed all around with fantastic views all over the place. The service is well-mannered and professional, they work hard to keep everything neat and tidy, and the staff always seem to be willing to give you a hand. They offer many activities to entertain yourself, such as diving which is a lot more enjoyable due to the location, and overall it is an outstanding location for a wonderful trip.

The food was good, and they offered free snacks and drinks in the lobby. the location was great, close to the beach and shopping areas. the laundry service was efficient and not too expensive.

The hotel was in serious need of a renovation. the rooms were old and shabby, and the cleaning service was not very thorough.
