We had a memorable stay at this hotel with our family. The cleanliness of the hotel and the quality of food in the main restaurant were exceptional. The hotel's extra water activities and the marina were also great. We appreciated the security measures in place to prevent strangers from stealing towels.

The menu options at the Italian and Mexican restaurants could be improved.

Immaculate cleanliness. Friendly and attentive staff. Plenty of activities. All inclusive deal provides good value for money. Delicious food with lots of variety. Beautiful resort with well-maintained pools and beach access. Mask wearing enforced in food service areas. Sanitizer stations placed throughout the resort.

Can't fault the property.

The staff, particularly Mary, provided excellent communication and assistance to my wife and mother-in-law during their stay. The food and entertainment for kids were enjoyable. The resort had a convenient location, about 10 minutes away from various marine activities. The water park added extra fun for children.

I loved the modern and clean rooms at this hotel. The entertainment for kids was great and Miss Mary from public relations was very helpful. Although the water in the heated pool wasn't actually warm. I would recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing stay at the Gravity Hotel in Sahl Hasheesh. The customer service was perfect, with Mr. Omar and Ahmed Abdelhamid being very helpful. Special thanks to Mrs. Merry at the reception for ensuring our satisfaction. The animation team and night shows were fantastic. The main restaurant and Chinese restaurant both offered delicious food. The hotel is huge and has multiple pools and water slides. Our spacious sea view junior suite was a free upgrade. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist. it was an incredible experience.

This hotel is an oasis of luxury and entertainment. The animation team provided fantastic entertainment, the aqua park was thrilling, and the night show was mesmerizing. The bedroom was immaculate and the coral reef was stunning. We indulged in spa treatments and the exclusive amenities met our every luxurious need.

Some of the bar staff were slightly unfriendly, leading us to believe that it was only a result of not tipping. Additionally, the variety of food in the main restaurant was underwhelming and sometimes there were no choices available for certain meals.

The only good thing about this hotel was the stunning view from our room. We also appreciated the complimentary water bottles and toiletries that were provided.
