I had a really nice experience at a hotel in New Cairo. the staff at Helnan Landmark Hotel were exceptional and provided great service. They even allowed me to check in early, which was a nice surprise. I was upgraded to an executive suite, which was spacious and had great furnishings. the bed was very comfortable, especially with the memory foam pillows. the hotel is located on the main street and is easily accessible. It's a great location for business travelers. the pool and surrounding area were also nice and clean. a really good experience.

Everything is what I need and want.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for me as it was close to the office and the price was reasonable. The dinner at the Moods restaurant was absolutely amazing. The steak and shish Taouk were some of the best I've had. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Hossam Osama, the assistant manager. When I arrived early in the morning, they offered me coffee and free breakfast while I waited for my room to be ready. the cleanliness, facilities, and staff were top-notch.

We were pleasantly surprised by the chef's dedication to providing a personalized dining experience. Despite being the only group eating, he made sure to ask for our preferences every morning and offered us a wide array of local delicacies throughout the week. The food was well presented and had a delicious array of spices. I would recommend this hotel for the dining experience alone.

The hotel's architecture is outstanding, with beautiful decorative sofas around the place. The rooms are clean, and the bathrooms are hygienic; hot water is available in a few seconds. The restaurant offers a high-quality menu, and the beds are comfortable, making it easy to fall asleep. The receptionist was one of the most professional staff, with a cheerful smile.

Some guests had complaints about the internet connectivity, which was unstable and occasionally lost its connection.

The location of the hotel was convenient, as it was close to the places I wanted to visit during my Christmas stay. the check-in process was smooth, and the receptionist named Mostafa was very helpful. He even upgraded my room to a pool view for free. the room service was excellent, and the housekeeping staff kept the room very clean. Additionally, the hotel was within walking distance of the downtown mall, which had a variety of shops and cafes.

I was disappointed with the lack of assistance from the morning shift receptionist when I asked for information about visiting the Egyptian Museum. She was not helpful at all and seemed uninterested in my request.
