I was disappointed when my grandkids were not allowed to swim with me during my visit due to hotel restrictions, especially on a rainy day with no other nearby options. However, the breakfast selection was consistently good. Overall, I had a satisfying stay at this hotel.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Union City, An Ihg was an absolute delight. the staff was friendly, rooms were clean, and the beds were comfy. the heated saltwater pool was a highlight, and the breakfast selection exceeded expectations. the kids had a blast enjoying the pool, and the comfortable bed made for a great night's sleep. Definitely recommended!

We had a great time in ! the hotel had a lovely indoor pool that the kids absolutely adored, and the breakfast spread was delicious. Plus, the staff member at breakfast was super friendly and made us feel right at home. the location was ideal, close to attractions and dining options, making our city break even more enjoyable.

A few issues dampened our experience. the power outage in the bathroom was frustrating, especially with kids needing a bath.

Staff helped me with parking on my first stay. This place suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, Free parking, Indoor pool, Flat-screen TV. Coming back for holiday, appreciate 24-hour reception & fitness centre.

Our stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites was fantastic. As the first stop on our road trip, it set the bar high for the rest. the staff was friendly, the beds were comfy, and the room was spotless. the heated saltwater pool was a luxurious touch, and the breakfast offerings exceeded expectations. The breakfast staff even went the extra mile by providing crayons and paper for our grandsons. Cons: Couldn't recommend this hotel more.
