I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The facilities were gorgeous and the location was great. The hotel had plenty of activities to enjoy and the area surrounding it was also full of things to do. The room I stayed in was incredibly spacious, providing me with all the comfort I needed.

The diving was amazing, perfect for diving enthusiasts.

Our stay at The Palace was truly unique and memorable. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff went above and beyond to make our honeymoon special. We received surprises like a VIP Italian dinner, a VIP breakfast in our room, and a mini wedding cake. The resort itself is huge, with a wide variety of food options and friendly staff. The animations team kept us entertained with different shows every day, and we even had a fun outing to a nightclub. The snorkeling spot was unbelievable, and we saw sea turtles and dolphins. The pool and lagoon were also amazing. we were extremely happy and satisfied with our stay.

Spacious and clean rooms with nice views. Exceptional and friendly staff who go above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. Walking distance to shops and easy access to restaurants in the nearby area. Great experience overall with an exceptional coral reef for snorkeling and a nice variety of food options. Fitness center and beach access also available.

We were absolutely blown away by the cleanliness of this hotel. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff, from the reception lads to the chefs, were always friendly and accommodating. The location of the hotel was perfect as it was within walking distance from the marina and a short 15-minute drive from the airport. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options. We also loved the fact that we could use the services of the other Albatros hotels in the area, which gave us a true village resort experience.

This hotel is located in a quiet area behind the main buildings of the resort, making it a peaceful and relaxing place to stay. It is close to the airport and right next to the marina, offering convenient access to shopping and nightlife. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with large baths, separate showers, and separate toilets. The staff is always willing to help, providing excellent service. The breakfast offers a variety of tasty options to satisfy different preferences. Plus, guests have access to the other two hotels in the complex and can enjoy the clean pools and amazing corals on the beach.

The Wi-fi was excellent.

During my business trip, I enjoyed the complementary birthday cake and celebration for our colleague. the staff provided excellent service, were very kind and attentive. the key location was perfect for snorkeling, enjoying the beach, and relaxing by the pool. the buffet offered a great variety of delicious food.

I disliked the poor connection with the wifi, which was slow and made it difficult to work efficiently. the smoking outside was overwhelming and bothersome, especially during mealtimes.

This hotel is one of the best we've stayed at. The luxurious amenities and exclusive service exceeded our expectations. The spa and wellness centre, as well as the swimming pool, were perfect for relaxation. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the buffet breakfast was delicious. The hotel's location by the beach was a huge advantage.

We only had one minor issue during our stay - the slow wifi connection. However, the staff assured us they were working on fixing this and would have high-speed wifi within a month.
