The location of the hotel couldn't be better; it is centrally located in the heart of the city and is walking distance from all the best cafes and restaurants. The beautiful beach is just a short taxi ride away, and the rooms are spacious and well-appointed. The hotel offers a delicious breakfast spread every morning, and the staff is knowledgeable and accommodating.

The entertainment area is not set up well for guests, making it difficult to see the show.

The animation team at this hotel was absolutely amazing! They made sure that my kids had the time of their lives at the kids club. The aqua park and swimming pools were just as fun and enjoyable as I remembered from our previous stay. The staff were incredibly polite, helpful, and accommodating, with a special shout-out to Osama, our housekeeper. Although the food quality wasn't as top-notch as before, the snack bar was still delicious. the experience at this hotel was excellent. Thank you, Jaz Group!

My family and I recently stayed at Jaz Aquaviva for a week-long vacation. The staff, including Saeed, Omar, and Mohamed at the front desk, were exceptional in their service, always helpful and smiling. Hesham in the restaurant went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Haitham, our housekeeper, ensured our room was spotless and attended to any requests promptly. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, and the pools, especially the water park, were a hit with my kids. Our room had its own pool and a great view. The drinks, snacks, and food were all delicious and readily available. We would definitely return to Jaz Aquaviva for another enjoyable stay.

We recently returned from a fantastic two-week stay in a hotel in the city. The complementary welcome drink and snack were great, and the location couldn't have been better, with easy access to shops and restaurants. We also loved the free city tour offered by the hotel, which gave us a great introduction to the area. Finally, the pool was a real highlight, with plenty of space to relax and soak up the sun.

The lack of vegetarian options in the hotel restaurant. We struggled to find something suitable every evening and ended up having to eat out quite often.

Very helpful and friendly staff, especially at the front desk and in the dining hall. Plenty of entertainment and facilities for kids, including a great water park and animation activities. Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

This hotel is a luxurious venue that provided exclusive amenities and fulfilled all of my needs. The service was outstanding and the Spa & wellness centre was amazing, offering a Sauna, Steam room, Jacuzzi, and Massage. The Outdoor heated swimming pool and Sun terrace were perfect for sunbathing and relaxation, while the Aqua park was a great option for the more adventurous. The Garden area was well-maintained, providing a tranquil escape, and the Entertainment was enjoyable, especially the Live entertainment. The Restaurant had an extensive Buffet breakfast and served delicious meals for dinner and lunch.

The only minor issue I had was that the quality of the food at the Restaurant buffet was not always the greatest. However, the menu provided Special diet options and the Packed lunches were convenient for those on the go.
