The bar staff were friendly, creating a warm atmosphere and enjoyable experience! The location next to the train station makes transport super easy! !

The breakfast buffet offered an incredible variety, including delicious omelettes, leaving a lasting impression. While the spacious junior suite was clean and comfortable, the poor lighting detracted from the overall ambiance. The bistro served good food. however, the bathroom design was impractical and could benefit from a more functional approach. Additionally, while exterior grandeur is evident, the interior modernizations felt lacking, which could be addressed for a more cohesive experience.

The internet was unexpectedly slow and unreliable!!! The shared sliding glass doors in the bathroom offered zero privacy!!! The housekeeping service was clearly lacking in attentiveness and detail!!! It really affects the experience considering the expectations for a luxury stay!!!

sofitel has a great location, just a short walk to downtown. the luxury king room was spacious and comfortable. i really enjoyed the spa, especially the heated spiral pool and steam bath, which made for a relaxing experience.

The hotel is just a short stroll from the beautiful Munich Residence and even closer to the lively Viktualienmarkt, making it super convenient for soaking in the local culture while enjoying leisurely walks to iconic landmarks. I also appreciated the spacious and comfortable room that provided a relaxing retreat after long days exploring.

I thoroughly enjoyed my weekend exploring the area, as the hotel is just a short walk from Marienplatz, and the nearby parks offered relaxing views and places to unwind between visits to landmarks such as the Munich Residence and St Peter's Church. the staff were friendly and helpful, making sure our stay was as comfortable as possible, which made it feel really inviting.

this hotel is super close to the main train station which made gettin around super easy. the room was really nice and air conditioned, perfect for the heat wave! loved the spa area, especially the heated pools and steam room. breakfast was amazin, with a ton of options, and the staff at the bar were really friendly! the location is also great for explorin munich!

rooms are very clean and cozy with an open bathtub. breakfast lacks orange marmalade.

The unique soaking pool was a fun spot to unwind, and I loved the large soaking tub in my room which was super comfy. The spa had a great steam room and body scrub that really helped me relax during my stay. Just a small note, the lighting in some areas could be a bit brighter, but overall, it was a wonderful experience! 🌟

Our stay was incredible! Loved the warm junior suite with views of Munich and Alps. Breakfast had a great variety, though a bit pricey. Definitely returning!

The luxurious room was super plush, and the pop-up Oktoberfest shop on the fifth floor was a fun surprise. The gorgeous exterior and convenient location by the train station were standout features, making it so easy to explore.
