We stayed at this hotel over Christmas and enjoyed our stay. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. the location was convenient, with easy access to key attractions in the city. Additionally, the hotel had a beautiful swimming pool, which we really enjoyed during our stay.

There were a few negative aspects to our experience. the breakfast was quite expensive if not included in the package, which was a downside for us.

Staying here was a delightful treat for me. I loved the location, which is so conveniently situated directly at the main station. It's easy to explore the area by foot from here. The service was top-notch, and the staff at the reception desk were so friendly and welcoming. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and I enjoyed the wide range of in-room amenities. The spa and wellness centre were a particular highlight for me – I enjoyed a lovely massage and relaxing in the sauna. an amazing experience.

The hotel’s location is unbeatable, being adjacent to the Central Railway station. It is right next door to the main train station, making it convenient for travelers. The hotel also offers complimentary late checkout and management is quick to respond to issues, such as bringing a bottle of champagne and sweets to compensate for a poor check-in experience.

The service is decent, and the breakfast is filling with a decent variety. The views are decent, and the facilities are satisfactory.
