We stayed here for a night on our way up North to Porto. The hotel is away from the hustle & bustle of Lisbon and really convenient if you are just passing through. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, and the receptionist and other service people were kind and helpful. The underground garage is large and its price is very reasonable.

The rooms at this hotel were spotlessly clean and well designed, providing a roomy and comfortable stay. The staff, despite our limited English, were helpful and went above and beyond to assist us. The breakfast offered was amazing, and the hotel's location was convenient with supermarkets nearby and a bus station right in front. Additionally, the hotel provided good access to highways and was located outside the narrow and crowded streets of the city center.

The hotel serves a good breakfast and has friendly personnel who can assist in Spanish as well as Portuguese.

I stayed at Ibis Lisboa Sintra for a few days, using it as a base to explore Serra de Sintra. The hotel's location, just 3 km from the historic center, was perfect for this purpose. Despite being in an industrial zone near the highway, the isolation was superb and there was no noise disturbance. The pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the bedding was nice. The parking space was sufficient, and the breakfast, with its reasonable price, was very nice. The complimentary wifi was also a plus.

I had a pleasant experience at Ibis. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was enjoyable. The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the nearby attractions in just a short drive. I also appreciated the proximity to a shopping mall. The rooms were comfortable, sound-proof, and had good air conditioning. the price-quality/comfort ratio at Ibis compared to other places in Lisbon was excellent. I even extended my stay from 2 to 4 days because of the great value for money.

The staff were polite, friendly, and helpful during my entire stay. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe and the location was fabulous for exploring Lisbon, Sinatra, and Cascais. I definitely plan to stay at Ibis again, this time with my family in the summer!
