I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff at the reception were very polite and accommodating, taking care of all my needs. The hotel is located in a very nice area of the city, with easy access to the faluka port for renting a boat for a sunset ride. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool and lounge area, which offered stunning views of the city and the Nile. The breakfast provided was also outstanding, with a wide selection of delicious food. the staff, location, cleanliness, facilities, and breakfast made my stay truly memorable.

The staff welcomed me with open arms and provided exceptional service throughout my stay. The housekeeping, room service, and breakfast were all excellent. They even went above and beyond by opening the roof pool late at night for my guests. Special thanks to Rasha, the Guest Relations Manager, for her attention to detail and genuine concern for my well-being. The room was beautiful, and the food at the Blue restaurant was top-notch.

The Nile river is just a stone's throw away, with other 5-star hotels surrounding the area. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the Nile, a big comfy bed, and some even come with a personal butler. The breakfast is included in the voucher and offers a range of tasty options.
