I was really disappointed with the lack of coffee options in the room. Having to pay over $4 for a cup downstairs was frustrating, especially when I just wanted to enjoy my morning without venturing out right away.

Check-in was convoluted; a more personal touch would enhance the experience. Loved the unique decor and tech features, but simpler amenities like coffee makers were missed. Menu choices are lacking, especially for children. Friendly staff, but the self-service model can feel overwhelming. A blend of innovation and eccentricity; this hotel has potential but requires refinement to truly shine.

This hotel offers an unbeatable experience with its prime proximity to the National Mall and famous Smithsonian museums, making it easy to explore some of the city’s most iconic landmarks, all within a leisurely walk of about 15 minutes or less, such as the Jefferson Memorial, Washington Monument, and the National Museum of African American History and Culture, along with many trendy restaurants and cafes just a few steps away; the room was nice and cozy, and the staff helpful, enhancing my overall stay, but the room could have been a bit more spacious.

The moodpad didn't let me keep just night or bright light on, which was a tad annoying. 🍹

Very close to Metro and museums. Clean rooms with air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and private bathroom. Funky style and nice atmosphere. Loved the rooftop bar views and Sadiq's awesome service! Breakfast was decent with specialty coffee too. Fitness facilities were a plus. Perfect location for walking to the monuments.
