The hotel had a great location, very close to the beach and with easy access to public transport. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options including pastries, fruits and hot dishes. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

One of the elevators was out of order during our stay, which was inconvenient as we had to wait a long time to go up or down. The Wi-Fi signal was weak in some areas of the hotel, which made it difficult to stay connected.

This hotel provided an exceptional luxurious holiday experience. The service was amazing, with staff who were polite and attentive to our needs. The Spa & wellness centre was top-notch, with a variety of beauty treatments and massages available. The Swimming pool, Outdoor swimming pool, and Sun terrace were all spacious and impeccably clean. The Beach access was convenient, and the Aqua park was a fun addition. The bar and Restaurant provided a variety of food and drink options, including breakfast and Buffet breakfast with Special diet menus. This hotel also included private facilities and an Entertainment programme, making it a truly exceptional venue.

The only minor issue we encountered at this hotel was the lack of Beach umbrellas and Sun loungers, which became somewhat of an inconvenience when the hotel was full. However, the Garden area made up for it, providing a tranquil escape from the busier areas.
