I had an amazing experience at this resort! the view from the room was absolutely stunning. the staff, especially Erene from the restaurant, were incredibly nice and welcoming. the rooms were spacious and clean, and the overall cleanliness and hygiene of the place were highly impressive. the heated and clean pool was a great addition to our stay.

The hotel's location on the island was very comfortable and provided magnificent views. The Egyptian restaurant on the island had tasty breakfast and dinner options. The staff was extraordinary helpful and polite.

Located on a large green area on Elephantine island in the middle of Nile river offering a magnificent view of the city. The staff is very friendly, giving a warm welcome and willing to help. They provide fresh breakfast, easy access to a quick ferry and delicious food at the Egyptian restaurant. The spacious rooms are clean, with comfortable beds and well-equipped bathrooms. The gorgeous pools and gyms are perfect for relaxation and fitness.

One of the amenities provided by other hotels, such as complimentary ice cream is missing.

The WiFi was very unreliable, I had to go to another hotel just to get a good connection. the pool in the newer wing was too hot, making it uncomfortable to swim in.

The rooms in the newer wing of the hotel were a bit dated, which could use some modernization. the hotel is a little complicated to reach, as it requires a boat trip to get there.

the amenities provided were top-notch, including spa treatments, outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace. the catering service served a mouth-watering menu at the restaurant, with a wide selection of special diet menus. the staff provided excellent service and made sure every request was fulfilled.

The location was quite far and inconvenient, requiring a boat ride to reach the hotel. the spa and wellness centre closed too early, making it difficult to book appointments after a long day of exploring.

The views of the Nile from the hotel are breathtaking. We enjoyed exploring the Nubian villages on Elephantine Island and watching the sunset over the river. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, especially Esrae who went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was good with a Nescafe machine that made delicious coffee. I would recommend this hotel for its stunning location and friendly staff.

The location of the hotel is incredible, with amazing views. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our request for an interconnecting room. The friendliness of the staff, especially Taysser, made us feel welcome and at home. The organic farm on the property was a highlight for our kids, who loved running around and picking fresh strawberries. The presence of deer and the beautiful fish pond added to the charm of the place.

We felt so welcome during our stay at the hotel that there was nothing to complain about.
