The location was great, very close to the university and convenient for attending events. The staff at the front desk were friendly and welcoming. I also liked the fact that the hotel accepted cash as a form of payment, which is my preferred method when I travel.

There were some noisy guests who were not staying at the hotel. They were constantly going in and out of the building and causing disturbance.

The room was amazing, with a nice and clean bed that was super soft. The walk-in shower was very clean and the bathroom was well sanitized. The facilities were in very good condition, and the staff, from the desk clerk to the housekeeping staff, were exceptional. Everyone went above and beyond to accommodate our needs.

I recently stayed at the Courtyard in Troy for a couple of nights while visiting the university. The hotel had great facilities, well-maintained and in good condition. The staff, from the desk clerk to the barista to the housekeeping staff, were exceptional and went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs. Despite a Wi-Fi issue during check-in, they quickly resolved it and made sure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The happy hour at the lounge was fantastic, with an experienced bartender and affordable prices. a relaxing and convenient hotel that I highly recommend.

The room with the king bed was very comfortable and had a sofa and table, perfect for eating takeout and watching TV. The staff was friendly and quickly fixed a bathroom light issue. The bistro had decent and reasonably priced food. The gym had treadmills and weights, and the pool looked fine. There were Mexican and Ruby Tuesday restaurants nearby, within walking distance.

The front desk staff was not welcoming, and there was a small dead roach in the bathroom. The refrigerator was dirty with dried up liquid, and even after informing the staff, it was not cleaned.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. Despite some minor issues like slow sink drainage, I still had a pleasant stay at this hotel. I would recommend it.

The room was amazing - nice, clean, and with a soft bed. The view was fair and had a pool and lounging area. The walk-in shower was very clean, and the bathroom was well-sanitized. The happy hour was awesome, with experienced staff and good prices. The reception was excellent, with a warm welcome from Frances. The breakfast was ran to perfection. The location and rooms were clean and neat.
