The hotel's location was super convenient, close to downtown and various restaurants. Plus, the fact that they accept pets was a big bonus for us, making our holiday stress-free and enjoyable.

The room cleanliness was subpar, with visible mold on curtains and dampness throughout. Maintenance issues like broken outlet covers and stained carpets were disappointing.

Celebrated my birthday with a stay here, enjoying a room with a fabulous hot tub. the tub easily accommodated two for romantic baths. Room was spotless, bed was cozy, and the AC kept us cool. Surprisingly quiet room for the price - didn't hear any noise from adjacent rooms. the staff was incredibly accommodating, especially during our early check-out due to a family emergency. Convenient location near Childress Vineyards, stores, and dining options.

Strongly recommend this hotel.

I always return for my city break. the staff returned my forgotten jewellery first stay, which I'll never forget. This place suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and more amenities. I appreciate the welcoming environment and the diverse activities available here.
