The private dining room for our work Xmas lunch was beautifully decorated, and the vegan Christmas dinner exceeded expectations with generous portions. The staff's attention to detail made the occasion memorable.

This place suits me perfectly and provides everything I need, like free wi-fi, a cozy bar/lounge area, and a flat-screen TV. On my first stay, the staff even helped me with directions to the attractions. I highly recommend enjoying the welcoming atmosphere. I'm coming back for Christmas!

The atmosphere in the cozy beer garden was delightful and relaxing, making it the perfect spot for a leisurely lunch. The Ham, Egg & Chips was superb, and the cask ale was vibrant and refreshing.

Had a great time with friends here. We visited the lively town center, hitting up the local shops and grabbing drinks at the nearby canal. The rooms were super comfy and the staff were always friendly. Don't miss out on the breakfast—it was amazing!

On the downside, we did notice a bit of noise from time to time, which could be an issue for light sleepers.

Email communication was excessive!!! Parking can be problematic due to unknown usage!!! The air conditioning system is less effective when heating!!! A clearer voucher policy is needed for guests!!!

The staff were choice and heaps friendly, but the food was a bit hit and miss, especially breakfast—lacked a good variety. Overall, great vibe!

The hotel is centrally located, just a quick stroll to the vibrant town center with local shops. Our kids loved the nearby canal where we could grab a drink and relax. The rooms were clean, and the food was delicious.

My kids wished for more activities to keep them entertained.
