Newbury vibes and Highclere magic ✨

Ja, the room was so cozy and welcoming when we arrived! We had a lekker meal in the bar with generous portions, and the staff were super attentive. Plus, the whole vibe with the Christmas tree was just stunning!

Only downside was that it was a bit noisy at times, but we managed.

Room lighting should be improved!!! The parking lot gets pitch dark at night, making it difficult to find your car!!! Maintenance needs attention, as doors and showers require fixing!!! Cleaning standards could use a boost!!!

The room sizes felt cramped and could definitely use a rethink. Maintenance could be sharper — cleanliness doesn’t seem to be a top priority here, especially for the price. An update on the shower pressure would be appreciated!!!

I had a great time at this place. The team knew a lot about the local attractions and helped us find hidden gems in the area. I especially enjoyed the walk along the nearby canal. The complimentary drinks were a nice touch, and breakfast was a good start to my mornings. One downside, however, was the reception experience. the staff could have been friendlier. I arrived 40 minutes early and was met with rudeness, which was disappointing.

Cozy stay with great food

Had a comfy night in a cozy room. The coffee and tea setup was a nice touch. The food in the restaurant was delicious, especially the breakfast! Just a heads up, the room was a bit small and the street noise was noticeable with the window open. Still, the vibe was very chill and the staff were super nice.
