Nothing not to love.

Good variety of pools and beach options for all ages. Helpful and cooperative staff. Free drinks and games like billiards and beach sports available. Animals zoo in the premises. Enjoyable stay for families with entertainment and night shows.

The staff - kind, helpful, quick response, generous. The food - tasty, good variety. The animation team - friendly, entertaining. The cleanliness and room facilities - spacious, well-equipped. The kids area and small zoo - enjoyable. The location - good, close to attractions.

As women travelling alone, we felt very safe and secure at the So Calm Hotel. The staff were incredibly supportive and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The animation team was wonderful, especially for families with children. We enjoyed the water bottles provided in our room and the availability of water everywhere on the hotel grounds. The proximity to Senzo Mall and the ease of public transportation made it convenient to explore the area. The kids area and animals area added an extra level of entertainment for families.

Felt very relaxed, no complaints whatsoever.

We spent a pleasant Christmas holiday at the aqua park resort. the staff was friendly and welcoming, and two complementary activities were available for the guests. the hotel had a great location near the beach, which was a short walk away. the room was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the beautiful view from the balcony.

The food variety was limited, and we missed the international dishes that we usually have in other hotels. Some improvements are needed in the head chef and the restaurant management.

The aqua park was great fun for all ages. I particularly enjoyed the sand beach and the free drinks throughout the day. Thanks to the efficient room service, my room was always spotless. I would recommend this resort for a family vacation. One drawback was the unstable hot water in the bathroom. I would return to this resort.

I had an amazing time at this hotel! The location was perfect, and I could easily reach it from the airport. I loved how they offered various services like car hire, dry cleaning, and housekeeping, which made my stay much more comfortable. The room amenities were excellent, and I found everything I needed in the room - from an ironing facility to an electric kettle and a flat-screen TV. The hotel also had an outdoor swimming pool, a spa & wellness centre, and an aqua park, which were great for relaxing and having fun. The best thing about this hotel was the staff, from the manager to everyone else there, who were always friendly and helpful.

The three swimming pools were a great opportunity to show off my new swimsuit collection and the Aqua Park slides made me feel like a kid again. The spacious rooms provided a nice escape from my pesky family.

Billiards, table tennis, and darts? Who needs those when you can just lounge by the pool with a cocktail and pretend to be sporty?

We had a fantastic time at this hotel, which is located very near to the airport. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the resort even has a small zoo which was a fun little extra. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice view of the beach. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options to choose from. We especially enjoyed the pool and the Lebanese restaurant.

The pool could have been warmer, which was a bit of a disappointment.
