We had an amazing experience on our Nile Carnival Cruise. Mr Maher, the director, went above and beyond to accommodate our every need and request. the cruise felt personalized and tailored to our preferences. Having a private tour guide at each location was a fantastic experience. We could explore at our own pace, ask questions, and truly immerse ourselves in the sites. Our tour guide in Aswan, Milad, was particularly knowledgeable and made sure we learned as much as possible. the lodging exceeded our expectations with comfortable and spacious rooms that were cleaned daily. the boat itself was stable and quiet, providing a smooth sailing experience. the meals were delicious, especially the Middle Eastern cuisine, and we had our own table for each meal. the staff was friendly, respectful, and always ready to assist. it was a memorable and wonderful trip thanks to Mr Maher and his team.

Entertainment in the evenings without disrupting sleep. Hot water and good water pressure in the bathrooms. Mr. Maher, the director, accommodates every need and request. Adapted tour schedule to meet the needs of families. Efficient arrangements for guests with infants. Assistance with airport transportation and day-use room arrangements on the last day. Excellent communication and support from Mr. Maher before and during the trip.

Felt like home, no reason to complain.

We recently stayed at this hotel and were blown away by the luxurious amenities and attentive service. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel at home and our every need was taken care of. the Spa & wellness centre was a definite highlight, with a range of treatments and even a sauna and jacuzzi. We also loved the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace, where we could relax and take in the stunning views.

The only minor issue we experienced was the lack of variety in the entertainment program, but this was not a major concern as we were more than happy to spend time enjoying the hotel's exclusive facilities. we would highly recommend this venue for those looking for a high-end, relaxing and indulgent getaway.

Despite some drawbacks, staying at this hotel for New Year's Eve wasn't a bad experience after all. the complementary champagne and party hats were a nice touch, and the location was perfect for watching the fireworks by the river. the views from the hotel were amazing and made the stay more enjoyable.

The hotel is in desperate need of renovations and modernization. the rooms were outdated and the facilities were basic.

The Nile Carnival Cruise was a fantastic experience! The ship's crew was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the entire ship was kept impeccably clean. The cabins were comfortable and equipped with a fridge and kettle. The air conditioning was adjustable and kept the room cool. The location of the cruise ship in Aswan was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and shops. The view from the room was stunning, with the beautiful Nile right outside our window. The inclusive meals were delicious, and the staff made sure everything was well-organized.

The boat itself was a bit dated, but it didn't take away from the overall positive experience we had.

The staff at this cruise were absolutely amazing! the manager, Mr Maher, was a true professional and handled all of our requests immediately. the entire team was kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our trip. the meals were delicious and we were impressed with the variety and quality of the food. Another great aspect was the level of care they provided for our daughter at the restaurant. the housekeeping staff also did a fantastic job. We couldn't have asked for a better team to make our trip unforgettable.

There were no free drinks provided except for plain water. It would be great if the management could consider offering some complimentary beverages like coffee, tea, or juice.
