Love the cozy rooms!

Great layout, relaxing wallpaper, and comfy bed. Cons: Felt so comfortable, no complaint.

The rooms were clean and cozy, making it feel like a home away from home. the layout was practical, and the bed was super comfy. I loved that I could cook and store groceries in the room, perfect for an extended stay. the hotel's convenient location near a variety of restaurants and shops was a big plus!

The breakfast options left much to be desired, with limited choices and subpar coffee. Housekeeping was inconsistent, and we had to request clean towels and garbage pickup.

Always return for comfy stays. Staff fixed tech issue first time, made a mark. Amenities suit my needs: Free Wi-Fi, parking, fitness center, pool. Dryer, cots, pets welcome, A/C, non-smoking rooms. Excited for Xmas return! .

Grocery shopping and stocking up the cabinets made me feel at home. the pool area was nice and the fire pit added a cozy touch.

Our romantic escape was unforgettable thanks to the amazing hotel experience we had. the room was incredibly comfortable, and we had everything we needed to make our stay feel like home. We were pleasantly surprised to find a fully-equipped kitchen and spacious layout! We also appreciated the friendly service we received from the staff.

The bathroom door didn't shut properly and there wasn't much toilet paper left in the room. We also had trouble getting in touch with the front desk when we needed more supplies.

There were some disturbances caused by noisy guests from neighboring hotels, which affected the overall tranquility of the hotel.

Specific Situation: However, one drawback was the noise from other guests in the courtyard during sleeping hours. Despite calling the front desk multiple times to report the disturbance, no action was taken to address the issue.
