The king suite was spacious with a lovely kitchenette equipped with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker, making it feel like a home away from home. The staff, especially Dominique at the front desk, were exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring my needs were met. The hotel was conveniently located near various shops and restaurants, which was a great plus. Breakfast options were also well-organized and maintained with cleanliness, which made for a stress-free start to my day.

The only downside was minor maintenance needed in the bathroom.

Room was lekker clean and comfy! The layout was functional, and I felt right at home with the chill wallpaper. The staff were super nice, especially at brekkie. They really tried their best, and it showed!

Unfortunately, the breakfast options left a lot to be desired. the setup felt cumbersome with limited choices, and the coffee was pretty much undrinkable. There were also issues with noise from outside, especially from a nearby nightclub, which made it difficult to catch some quality sleep. Inconsistent housekeeping was a real hassle too, as it seemed that extra towels and basic supplies were always in short supply. Perhaps some attention to maintenance details could improve the overall experience. for instance, the bathroom door was not functioning properly, which was rather inconvenient. Additionally, there was a peculiar floodlight directed right at the room window that made it hard to darken the space for sleeping.

The location is fantastic for exploring! My studio was cozy and spacious with a comfy sofa bed—perfect for family snuggles after a day out.

Great stay with some hiccups

I stayed for 4 nights in a king suite and it was super spacious! Loved the friendly staff, especially the cleaning crew. The only bummer was the pool area. sometimes the noise from other guests was a bit too much for my granddaughter. Breakfast had tasty options too, but ran out of bagels too quickly.
