We had a fantastic vacation at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk to a beautiful beach where we enjoyed swimming and snorkeling. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the gardens. The staff provided excellent service and were always friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. We also took advantage of the hotel's amenities, including the pools and the animation program for our grandchildren. a wonderful experience!

Nothing it was perfect.

The hotel had a really nice and green pool area, perfect to relax and cool down from the sun. the food was exceptional, with a big variety offered every day. the hotel's location was ideal for accessing the beach and its crystal-clear sea.

The hotel's rooms were quite outdated and need some maintenance. the staff didn't seem to be always available and attentive, which could occasionally lead to some problems.

It was an exquisite stay, filled with luxury and exclusive amenities. the service provided was exceptional, especially in the Spa & Wellness centre where I enjoyed a fantastic massage. the outdoor swimming pool was stunning, with beach access right in front of it. the sun terrace was a great relaxation spot with beach umbrellas and a shallow end for those who prefer a refreshing dip. the restaurant served delicious buffet breakfast and the poolside snack bar was a great choice for a quick bite. the private facilities in the room were top-notch, making me feel like a VIP.

There was only one minor downside, the Wi-Fi was very poor. Despite that, this hotel has a great location advantage as it is a beachfront venue with an impressive garden area, an Aqua park and live entertainment.
