The AC was problematic and kept me up at night. There was ongoing construction that made it hard to relax.

The room was so cozy, and I loved the free Wi-Fi! The bathroom had a great shower and complimentary toiletries. As a vegetarian, I appreciated the microwave in the room for quick meals.

I wish they had more vegan breakfast options.

The property looked brand new with clean rooms and a great location. Convenient parking lot right next to the property. The walk to Enterprise Center for the game was super easy. The hotel lobby and rooms were super clean. The staff members were friendly and accommodating. The fitness center was a plus and the breakfast in the morning was appreciated. The 24-hour "mini mart corner" was convenient for late-night snacks. The coffee and hot water bar was a nice touch.

I recently stayed at this hotel for 3 days while my son underwent heart surgery nearby. The staff, especially Keisha at the front desk, were incredibly helpful and understanding during this difficult time. The coffee and pastries were delicious, and the fresh fruit was a nice touch. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed, hot shower, and a huge new TV. The downtown location was convenient, and the secure parking and entrance provided peace of mind. this Fairfield Inn exceeded my expectations and provided great value for the price.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The morning front desk clerk, Breanna, was exceptional. She provided me with a wealth of information about the area and what to do. The lobby, elevators, and rooms were spotlessly clean. The flat-screen TV in the room had free cable with movie channels, which was a great bonus. The location was convenient, near a freeway, and within walking distance of Union Station. The staff were friendly and accommodating. My family and I enjoyed the breakfast and the facilities, especially the waffle makers and juice machine. The bed and pillows in the room were very comfortable, and the bathroom area was impeccably clean.

My purpose of travel was to explore the city and this hotel's location made it easy to navigate and visit nearby attractions. The view from my room was exceptional, offering glimpses of famous St Louis sites. The breakfast selection was excellent, with fresh and appealing options that tasted great. The room was comfortable and the showers were amazing. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they provided Paul Mitchell shampoo, which was a nice touch. I rate this hotel a 10/10 and will definitely stay here again.
