We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the beach and pier. The hotel design and spacious rooms were wonderful. The bathroom was luxurious and the room itself was quiet. The staff was extremely nice and helpful, making our Honeymoon stay even more enjoyable. There were plenty of amenities nearby, including multiple places to eat, drink, and shop.

My stay at Hotel Californian in Santa Barbara was absolutely delightful. I stayed for three nights for a leisure trip and was pleasantly surprised by the variety of breakfast venues available. The room itself was spectacular, with its spacious layout, comfortable furnishings, and stylish decor. The warm welcome from the staff, particularly the knowledgeable and helpful house car driver, made my experience even more enjoyable. It's also worth noting that the hotel is well-maintained, with newly refurbished rooms and top-quality amenities.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city and close to everything I wanted to do. I could easily walk to cafes and shops across the street. The hotel facilities were great, with clean and spacious rooms that had a beautiful view of the ocean. The staff were friendly and attentive, always making sure I had everything I needed.

Loved the recently refurbished rooms with modern, high-quality furniture. The bathroom was particularly luxurious. Just a few steps from the beach/pier and close to the city center. Recommended for families with kids.

Loved our room at the hotel and enjoyed the rooftop pool and workout room. Although we were a bit surprised by the resort fee at check-out, we still had a great stay and would recommend it to others. a nice experience.

The hotel was conveniently located in the heart of the city, just a block away from the beach and close to the train tracks. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished, offering a breathtaking view of the ocean. The bathroom was modern and well-equipped. The staff provided excellent service, being helpful and attentive to our needs. The breakfast was tasty, and there were plenty of options available. The rooftop pool was a great place to relax and enjoy the sunshine.

The pool experience could have been better as the water was not heated, and the service was slow.

Efficient and polite staff with Ice, drinks, and room service quickly delivered. Lovely Moroccan decorations throughout the entire property.

Loved the perfect location near Funk Zone, with a 3-minute walk to the beach/pier. Amazing pool service and view. The hotel is beautifully decorated with mind-blowing interiors. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I expected. The staff was kind and helpful.

We absolutely loved our romantic escape at this hotel. the hotel has the most stunning decor, which added to the overall romantic ambiance. the room we stayed in had a breathtaking view of the mountains, making it the perfect backdrop for our getaway. Additionally, the staff was attentive and pleasant, making sure we had everything we needed during our stay.

There were a couple of downsides to our experience. it was disappointing that there were no tea and coffee facilities in the room.

The check, in process was smooth and the staff were helpful. the hotel had a beautiful Moroccan, themed decor which added to the overall charm. We enjoyed the delicious meals at the Goat Tree restaurant. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near key attractions and had comfortable and well, appointed rooms.

There were a few aspects that could be improved. the resort fee was charged for internet access and use of facilities, which was unexpected as most hotels offer complimentary internet.

We are on a road trip adventure around the US and Santa Barbara was our 3rd stop. We've stayed in some amazing hotels and some more expensive but we both absolutely loved this one. Incredible location and very cool hotel. Love the design and decor. Loved our room. Fabulous staff. Took the bikes out for a cycle. Loved the area too. The hotel is in an amazing location. We only booked for one night and it should have been at least 2 or 3. We didn't want to leave and didn't even have time to explore most of the other facilities.
