I had a wonderful stay with friendly staff who always made sure I was taken care of. The location is great, with easy access to the coral reef and a selection of food laid out at the restaurant by the sea. My room was comfortable with a nice view of the beach. I also enjoyed the facilities, like the pool and spa, which were well maintained.

The food was sometimes a bit repetitive, but overall it was good quality and there were plenty of options available.

One negative aspect was the lack of variety in the music played at the pool and bar. some of the refurbished areas were still in need of further updates.

I recently stayed at Panorama Bungalows Resort for a week-long vacation. The location of the hotel is perfect, with a beautiful pool view and direct access to the sea. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious and clean. The amenities provided, such as the mini fridge and room service, were great. The breakfast was delicious and the view from the room overlooking the sea and pool was amazing. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

This level of attentive service made us feel welcomed and cared for. the staff members were also friendly and helpful, and the hospitality was top-notch. the breakfast buffet offered a variety of tasty options, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. the location was perfect, close to downtown El Gouna where we could enjoy restaurants, pubs, and shopping.

We had an amazing week at Panorama Bungalows Resort in El Gouna. The staff members were fantastic, especially Ahmed Fouad from the reception, Mohamed Abas from the restaurant, and Mr. Kalid with his bright smile. The dedication and hospitality of the staff truly made our stay exceptional. The complimentary drinks on arrival and departure were a nice gesture. The beach was beautiful and the lagoon water was excellent and clear. The location was great, near downtown and with a free shuttle boat to Zaytouna beach. The food was amazing with many varieties and the rooms were elegant and very clean.

Our room was spacious and comfortable with all the amenities we needed - including an ironing board, mini-bar, and television with paid films. Additionally, there were plenty of leisure activities to keep us entertained, including a casino, spa & wellness center, swimming pool.

The water front bungalow offers amazing views, and the lagoon view bungalow upgrade was discounted. The staff is kind, loving, and welcoming. The food is great with many varieties available. The rooms are clean and spacious. The hotel has a unique location with characteristic views of the bungalows on the lagoons. The resort is close to downtown El Gouna and offers large, open, and airy rooms. The staff is great, especially Safwat and the animation team. The hotel yard has many activities and possibilities on the lagoon. The souvenir prices at the hotel are fair and lower compared to downtown Gouna.

Felt very lucky to have found this resort, as nothing was too much trouble.

The staff was very helpful, fantastic view, spacious rooms, lovely outdoor area, recommended for families.
