I stayed at Cape Cod Ocean Manor Inn for a weekend getaway. the location was unbeatable, situated by the water and close to the city. the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, providing valuable tips for exploring the area. the room was clean and comfortable, perfect for a cozy stay. Breakfast, though continental, was sufficient with a lovely assortment of items. Overall, a charming, cottage-core atmosphere with a welcoming vibe.

First stay - staff kind to old parents, unforgettable. Perfect for me! Free Wi-Fi, parking, outdoor dining, laundry. Enjoy flatscreen TV, cycling, fishing, windsurfing, golf. Beach access, sun loungers, children's buffet, cots, board games. No pets, AC, no smoking. Coming back for city break.

This charming, homey inn is a perfect location for a getaway on Cape Cod. Situated on the outskirts of town, it offers easy access to both the ocean and downtown Hyannis. Guests can enjoy a comfortable room with a clean bathroom and friendly service from the staff. The breakfast provided is delicious and varied, catering to different dietary needs. The inn also boasts a lovely back deck with a view of the marshland, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.

One small drawback is the steep staircase in the front, but the owner is always willing to assist with carrying luggage.

Conveniently located near ferries and harbor cruises. Our comfortable room had a sweet little private deck with a view of the salt marsh and ocean. The power bar by the bedside tables was a convenient touch. Martin, our gracious host, provided great activity suggestions and restaurant recommendations. I highly recommend this B&B.

As low-budget travellers, we were delighted by the warm hospitality and excellent facilities at this cozy Inn. The ocean-themed room offered breathtaking views of the marsh and Nantucket Bay. The off-season breakfast options, including fresh fruit, homemade breads, and organic choices, catered to our dietary needs. The room was well-equipped with amenities such as a coffee pot, free Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen TV. The cleanliness and attention to detail were exceptional. The staff, especially Marty and Sandra Lee, went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The Inn's location, within walking distance to the ocean and downtown Hyannis, was another plus. We will definitely return to this lovely Inn for future visits.
