We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful oasis in the heart of Luxor! With its shared garden and pool, it felt like a paradise, especially for us as guests with children. The quiet room with a garden view was such a treat after the hustle and bustle of Cairo. The breakfast buffet had a huge variety of dishes, and we couldn't get enough of the delicious guava juice. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to Luxor Temple, the train station, McDonald's. the facilities and amenities provided a wonderful experience for our family.

Beautiful gardens and good service. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the fact that there was an ATM nearby. the gardens were serene and peaceful, a great escape from the busy city. the staff did their best to accommodate us, even offering an early check-in.

Deceptive taxi service and payment mix-up. the hall staff offered to call a taxi for us, but ended up calling a driver who tried to scam us out of more money at the end of the ride.

From the exclusive amenities to exceptional service, everything was perfect. the outdoor swimming pool and the garden area are well-maintained and provide a serene atmosphere for relaxation. the restaurant and bar/lounge area offer delicious food and drinks served by friendly staff. In-room breakfast with private facilities is also available. The breathtaking views and the ideal location advantages make this hotel stand out amongst others. Cons: we were content with our stay. the only minor issue we faced was with the buffet breakfast variety. We expected more options, despite the delicious food already offered.

I had an amazing value for my money at the Pavillon Winter in Luxor. The room was cozy, clean, and had a lovely balcony overlooking the courtyard. The hotel's location was excellent, and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally polite and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The location, right across from the corniche, was perfect for exploring the city. The hotel itself had a beautiful old-fashioned charm that added to the overall experience. I especially enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a wide variety of pastries, fruit, and cold meats. The staff even prepared fresh omelettes and crepes upon request.
