The Perfect Location for Shopping

I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Atlanta Northeast/Gwinnett Sugarloaf for a dance competition. Our stay was excellent! The hotel's location to the Gwinnett Center was perfect, and the shuttle service provided was top-notch. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to meet our needs with a smile. The breakfast offered a good variety and the outside patio area by the pool was a great place to relax. The pool area itself was clean and safe. Check-in and check-out were quick, and parking was convenient. the hotel had a laid-back feel that my daughter and I really enjoyed.

The hotel was clean, with appealing exteriors and a well-kept lobby and dining area. The staff were extremely helpful and greeted us warmly every time we entered the hotel. We loved the outdoor patio areas, which provided a perfect spot to enjoy the weather. The location of the hotel was convenient, with nearby restaurants and easy access to metro transportation. Additionally, the hotel was close to the Infinite Energy Center.

This hotel provided excellent value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location was convenient, as I was able to walk to Sugarloaf Mills. The room itself was cozy and clean, and the staff was incredibly nice. The hotel had two types of chairs, which added a nice touch to the room. It was perfect for all our Saturday night activities.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Andrea and Tamera, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. The whole team was fantastic and made us feel like valued guests. The hotel is conveniently located close to all the activities we wanted to do, which was a big plus for us. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast in the morning was delicious with a great variety of options. The serving staff was excellent, and we really appreciated the Keurig machine in the room and the mini-fridge. this hotel provided us with a great experience.

The hotel had a good breakfast buffet and the shuttle service was always available. The rooms were clean and inviting, and the friendly staff, including Andrea, Kim, Carlos, and the shuttle driver Jesus.

The hotel is in desperate need of renovation. the rooms were outdated and worn out, especially the mattress, which was uncomfortable.

This hotel is conveniently located close to the Infinite Energy center and is just a 5-minute drive away from the mall. Although the shuttle was unavailable, the friendly staff helped find transportation. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was modern, equipped with quality toiletries. The service was prompt, and the staff was accommodating to all our needs. The breakfast options were delicious and offered varied choices. The view of the surrounding area was beautiful from the balcony.

The gym could use some updating.

My stay at this hotel was wonderful. The rooms were clean and spacious, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free, and the parking was very convenient. The hotel had a super laid-back feel to it, which added to the overall pleasant experience. The staff, including Andrea, Kim, Carlos, and Jesus , were all excellent and made sure that my stay was enjoyable. The included breakfast was good and a great addition to the overall room price.

Clean room, comfy bed. Good breakfast - scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes, bagels, cereal. Helpful serving staff. Keurig machine with coffee and tea. Microwave and mini-fridge in room. Rare to find refrigerators in rooms nowadays.
