My stay at Koko Hotel Premier was exceptional. The hotel's location on top of a shopping center and bus terminal was incredibly convenient. From my window, I enjoyed a lovely view of the shopping center's rooftop garden and even caught a glimpse of Kumamoto Castle in the distance.

The hotel is conveniently located on top of a bus terminal and shopping center, which was perfect for our Christmas shopping needs. We enjoyed the nice view of the shopping center's rooftop garden from our room window and had a clear sight of a landmark attraction in the distance.

Although the hotel was functional and the service was efficient, we found the elevator situation to be inconvenient. the lobby was located on a high floor, which required us to switch elevators to reach our room.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with everything we needed within walking distance. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was clean and comfortable, equipped with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. The free Wi-Fi in the room was a great bonus, allowing us to stay connected throughout our trip. the experience was excellent and we would highly recommend this place to anyone.

We would recommend this hotel to everyone.

This hotel is conveniently located right above the city's central bus terminus, making it easy to access transportation. Additionally, it is situated in a shopping mall, providing guests with various amenities and dining options. The rooms are spacious and offer beautiful views, such as the stunning sight of Kumamoto Castle. The staff also provides thoughtful touches, like hanging a bag of fresh towels and toiletries on the doorknob.

Guests may need to transfer elevators at least twice to reach their rooms.
