From start to finish, our stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. the staff, especially Ibrahim, went above and beyond to make our holiday special. They were attentive, professional, and always eager to help. We were impressed by the level of service provided, from the beach attendants ensuring we had drinks to the restaurant and bar staff who were friendly and efficient. the variety and quality of food, including the newly opened Indian restaurant, were outstanding. the beach area was pristine, with crystal clear water and plenty of sunbeds. the beach bar added to the experience, offering a great selection of drinks. the hotel's location by the Red Sea was ideal for snorkeling and diving, providing a truly memorable experience.

While our overall experience was fantastic, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. the room assignment system could be made more user-friendly for guests, as finding the room initially was a bit challenging.

My recent stay at Kaisol Romance Resort Sahl Hasheesh was truly incredible. The hotel staff's exceptional service, immaculate rooms, and delectable dining options exceeded my expectations. The picturesque beach and crystal-clear waters provided a serene escape. The relaxing spa facilities and nearby landmarks like Alcamar Sahl Hasheesh and Old Town Sahl Hasheesh enhanced family bonding, making our vacation truly unforgettable.

A great bit of sun & recharge after Christmas - We stayed at the Romance hotel in a poolside deluxe room, slightly stuffy at first but the pool bar closing early was surprisingly peaceful. The staff were attentive, food delicious, and beach location fantastic. Perfect spot to relax and recharge.

Beach supervision lacked, with families encroaching on the adult-only space. Wifi was a bit sluggish and beach towel logistics could use a revamp.

The resort's stunning location elegantly blended modern and Arabian architecture, providing a perfect backdrop for a memorable family vacation. The Aqua Center and Diving Center offered a plethora of thrilling sea activities, catering to both adults and kids, ensuring everyone had a fantastic time.

My kids wished for a more diverse kids club program, incorporating even more sports activities and games.

The resort's ambiance and decor were absolutely lovely, providing a warm and cozy atmosphere which made me feel right at home. The accessibility for senior guests was exceptional, with gentle slopes and handrails making it easy to navigate the hotel's beautiful grounds. It truly felt like a peaceful sanctuary for tranquil escapes, offering sweeping uninterrupted views to the dazzling Red Sea and was perfectly suited for couples and honeymooners.

I would only ask for a better vacation experience for senior guests by ensuring all the children of the staff are trained in politeness and respect towards all visitors.

My recent stay was fabulous! The beach, service, and room were spot on. The sea view room was amazing, and the Asian restaurant food was top-notch. Enjoyed the spa treatment and live entertainment. Only downside: lack of signs made finding amenities confusing, but staff were helpful. a great spot for a relaxing getaway. 🌴

I keep coming back for the amazing service and relaxing atmosphere. Their staff once helped me with a late departure. The place suits perfectly, with Wi-Fi, 24-hour services, beach access, fitness studio, spa. Coming back for a trip soon!

Excellent Staff and Service

The highlight of my stay was the amazing staff, especially Mr Ibrahim, who went above and beyond to make our anniversary special. the beach, food, and room were all exceptional. However, improvements can be made in terms of the alcohol quality and diversity, as well as the maintenance of the gym equipment and facilities.

The value for money at this hotel was exceptional. The room I stayed in was not only luxurious but also had a stunning view. The location was ideal, with a beautiful beach and pool, perfect for a relaxing vacation. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and treated me with utmost courtesy throughout my stay.

The breakfast menu could use some improvement.

This hotel is situated in a very beautiful area that was very safe, right on the beach with a sandy beach that was perfect for relaxing. The staff were so attentive and friendly, and the rooms were comfortable with nice bathrooms. The breakfast had different cuisines that were perfect for vegetarians.

No negative aspects to mention, everything was great.

The location of the hotel is perfect, with a local supermarket nearby where you can easily get everything you need. It's also great for those who enjoy morning jogs, as you can easily go for a run along the beach. The restaurants in the hotel offer a nice dining experience with delicious food. The rooms are spacious and light, exactly as requested, and the staff provides exceptional service. The breakfast is also impressive, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

It would be even better if the hotel had more recreational sport activities to offer, such as a tennis court or something similar.

The views from the room were epic and breathtaking, especially the stunning sunset over the Red Sea. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and took hygiene very seriously, which was comforting during these times. I had a memorable experience enjoying a drink by the pool while watching the mesmerizing sunset. The city view, mountain view, pool view, and sea view from the hotel were all amazing. It was a thoughtful touch to have a private balcony in the room, perfect for taking in the beautiful surroundings.

The smell of the room was not good, possibly due to the old carpet, and the air conditioning needed maintenance as it was very cold and the temperature could not be adjusted properly.
