We loved the hotel's location, just a short walk from the central area with great restaurants and shopping opportunities. The nearby metro station made it super easy to travel to the exposition and airport. Our room was clean, cozy, and had delightful decor that added a fun touch to our stay.

The elevator was out of service during our visit, requiring us to use the stairs frequently.

The hotel is located conveniently near a metro station for easy transport links. I enjoy delicious local eateries just a short walk away, perfect for sampling the culinary delights of the city. My room was cozy, and I loved having a balcony to unwind after busy days.

The shower plumbing had some occasional challenges, which could be improved.

However, I felt like I was on a stair-climbing adventure with how small the elevator was! Also, the room was slightly cramped—if I wanted to feel snug, I'd have just stayed in my suitcase!

The staff were such chommies, went out of their way to help us with our bags and gave us a room with a fab little balcony, could see the Eiffel Tower from there! The breakfast spread was on point with fresh fruit and lekker pastries every morning. Seriously comfy bed too, slept like a baby!

Just a heads up, the shower was a bit messy, water went everywhere, but we just laughed it off.

Well-located for exploring Paris and great breakfast options.

Our stay was marred by several issues. The absence of a functioning elevator meant we had to drag our luggage up four flights of stairs, and the staff failed to inform us about this at check-in. The room itself was in dire need of maintenance. the bathroom had flickering lights and inconsistent hot water, and the cleanliness left much to be desired, with poor housekeeping evident throughout our stay.

The location was perfect, just a stroll away from major attractions. The staff was super friendly and made the check-in smooth. We loved the thoughtful welcome fruits and postcard waiting in our room.

The air-conditioning was a bit loud at night, and the child bed could use a bit more padding for comfort.

We got a complimentary upgrade to a ‘Deluxe’ room with a fantastic view. The staff was incredibly friendly, they secured us a last-minute taxi when ours didn’t show, waiting with us until it arrived! It felt like they genuinely cared. My kid loved the cozy bed and that enormous room was just what we needed after cramped spaces in London. The little shops nearby were a pleasant surprise, we snagged some amazing pastries from the boulangerie!

Sure, it wasn't the cheapest option, but for what we got? It was worth every penny!

this hotel is super comfy and has amazing staff who really care. breakfast is on fleek with fresh fruit and pastries all the time. the location is bomb too, close to lots of eateries and shops. loved having a cute little balcony to chill on. the room was clean and cozy, just what we needed after long days out.
