My wife and I had a fantastic getaway at the Westin. the hospitality was exceptional, with the staff, like Deachen, making my wife's birthday unforgettable. the food was delicious, and the property was vast and well-maintained, offering a range of activities including a zoo and sports. the breakfast buffet, Hi tea, and dinner at xiao chi were highlights, and our kids loved the plethora of activities available, making it a dreamland for them.

The moment I checked into The Westin, I was greeted with exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. The food was delicious, especially the authentic dishes prepared by the talented chefs. The resort itself is stunning, with well-maintained grounds and a mini zoo that provided entertainment for my family. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable weekend getaway.

One drawback of this resort is its location. It is situated deep inside a village, which may not be convenient for some guests.

Loved the open-kitchen dining at Xiao Chi with chefs working their magic. the lagoon pool was a hit with my kids, especially Imo Bird's surprise visits! the property is huge, perfect for a fun family break. My room faced lush greenery, and the staff's service was top-notch. Unsightly trash in the morning, though, was a downside. a memorable escape from the city chaos. Cheers to the team for the free room upgrade and birthday cake.

The database provided a vast array of information on various topics, making research easy and efficient. the room keeping was impeccable, with the bathroom floors being consistently spotless and all basic amenities in proper working condition at check-in time.

I did notice that some parts of the database seemed to have become pretty run down in the last 3-4 years, with outdated information and broken links.

During our romantic escape, we were pleasantly surprised with two complementary drinks at check-in and a delicious high-tea in the evening. We also loved the lush green surroundings and the peace and quiet of the location. Plus, the large, inviting pool was a great spot to relax and enjoy the sun.

The resort became very dark at night, making it difficult to get around. It would have been helpful if they provided torch lights.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with their high-end amenities. the spa and wellness centre offered an array of treatments, including massages, body scrubs, and facials. the outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi were both relaxing and enjoyable. the staff provided excellent service, making us feel pampered and well taken care of.

The only minor issue we experienced was the slow service. the staff dealing directly with customers were untrained and unprofessional, which made us feel as if we were not receiving a luxurious stay.

The staff was courteous and professional, the petting zoo was a highlight, and the property offered a wide range of outdoor activities. The spa was exceptional, and the food was delicious. The greenery and quality of furnishings were impressive, and the proximity to paragliding was convenient.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
