Great staff, especially Rami, Ahmed, and Madonna who helped us with transportation arrangements. Cellar Bar had excellent food and draft Heineken. Pastry shop staff, housekeeping, and breakfast room staff were all friendly and efficient.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Cairo. The staff, including Rami, Ahmed, and Madonna, were exceptionally helpful. They organized my transportation from the airport and to the Pyramids, which were truly a Wonder of the World. The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was in a nice, quiet, safe, and centrally-located neighborhood. There were plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. The hotel facilities were clean and the staff, in general, was friendly and accommodating.

the general manager's behavior was rude and unprofessional, especially towards non-Arabic speakers. This kind of behavior should not be tolerated in a tourist destination.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and clean Junior Suite I got at a very reasonable price. The location was superb with a picturesque nightlife scene right on the hotel's doorstep. Would definitely recommend and come back to this hotel. Overall I had a great stay.

This hotel is great for budget travelers. It's located in the shaded Zamalek area, between two branches of the Nile River, and is a prime location for walking around and exploring. Rooms are basic, but comfortable with a balcony. The staff provides excellent service and the breakfast includes fresh cooked omelettes.

Had a fantastic Thanksgiving at a hotel in a central and safe area with friendly staff. Loved the complementary breakfast and dinner, which included delicious dishes. Location was perfect as it was easy to access main attractions and shops. the room was very comfortable, and I enjoyed the great view from the hotel's bar.

The only downsides were the limited Wi-Fi, which was only available in certain areas of the hotel, and the smoking policy, which didn't suit my preference. it was a great experience and value for money.

It's disappointing that the breakfast room was under construction during our stay, resulting in a dusty and dirty environment.
