Clean and comfortable rooms with a decent breakfast. the location is convenient, being close to bus, train, and tram stations. the hotel staff were helpful and assisted with organizing visits and foreign exchange. the in-house restaurant had a decent menu and good quality food.

The rooms were a bit small and lacked certain amenities like a safe and coffee/tea facilities. the quality of the towels could have been better.

This hotel is a hidden gem. The location is fantastic, just a short tram ride away from the main square and right across the road from the train station. The staff are friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist with printing train tickets and ensuring a comfortable stay. The rooms are clean and well-equipped, with a good bathroom and a lovely view of the back yard. The breakfast selection is impressive, with a variety of fresh fruits and delicious options to start the day.

Not one thing.

I recently stayed at Hotel Central for three nights on a business trip. The staff were superb and breakfast had a good selection, available from 6am. The room was just fine, and the bathroom was clean and elegant. They even extended our check-out time without any extra cost. The location, right next to the main train station, was very convenient.
