This hotel surpassed my expectations! the location was excellent, very strategic. Secondly, the staff was friendly and helpful, they exceeded my expectations. Thirdly, the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Lastly, the breakfast had a great selection of delicious items!

This hotel provided us a comfortable stay with clean and spacious rooms and bathrooms. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially in the Reception and the Restaurant, where we enjoyed a delicious breakfast. The hotel is well-located near the downtown, with many shops and restaurants nearby.

Some guests were rude and inconsiderate, blasting loud music and leaving their room doors open, causing disturbance during our stay.

As a young family, we absolutely loved our stay at Royal Jewel. The hotel offered spacious and renovated rooms with comfortable pillows, perfect for our little ones. The central location allowed us to easily explore the local attractions by foot. The staff was exceptionally attentive and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. We also appreciated the buffet breakfast and the opportunity to choose from a variety of TV channels. the hotel provided all the amenities and facilities we needed for a great family vacation.

the hotel's location in the city center was ideal for exploring and immersing ourselves in the local atmosphere. the staff, especially Mariam at the reception and Mostafa Medhat at the restaurant, were incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful. Special mention goes to Miss Nourhan and Miss Mariam, who went above and beyond to assist us. We also enjoyed the high-quality food served at the restaurant.

The street noise was very loud and constant on one side of the hotel. the windows weren't properly sealed, so the noise from the store below and the wedding party was especially disruptive.

As young holiday goers, we absolutely loved the location of the hotel. It was close to the beautiful corniche of Alexandria and had easy access to commercial streets and restaurants. The presence of a tramway line right in front of the hotel was also convenient for exploring the area. The room was comfortable and spacious, with good wifi. The staff, especially Eman from room service and Mariam and her team at the reception, were exceptional. We also had a great experience at the nice cafe on the roof.

I recently stayed at a fantastic hotel in Alexandria and had an amazing experience at Royal Jewel Al Raml. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and were incredibly professional. The front desk staff, especially Karim, understood our queries and provided excellent service. The hotel itself was beautiful, with a stunning roof garden and a terrace at Lail's Cafe that offered breathtaking views. Our room was spacious and had a lovely balcony with a sea view, exactly as described. we had a wonderful stay and felt it was great value for money.
