Enjoyed a fantastic Christmas break at a modern hotel in the mountains. The friendly staff speak English and were always willing to help with recommendations and arranging taxis. The healthy food on offer was exceptional, with three meals included in the price. The spa facilities were immaculate and there were some unusual treatments on offer, all provided by medical professionals. The location offered breathtaking views of the surrounding scenery, which made for a truly memorable experience.

I had left a "do not disturb" sign on my door, but the cleaners ignored it and touched all of my belongings. Whilst nothing was missing, I was disappointed that my wishes weren't respected.

We loved our stay here! The luxurious spa and wellness center had all the exclusive amenities we desired, including a sauna, indoor swimming pool, and jacuzzi. The body scrub and massage were heavenly, and the spa lounge was so peaceful and relaxing. We also enjoyed the live entertainment and the beautiful garden area. The restaurant had a wide variety of delicious options, and the bar/lounge area was perfect for unwinding. The location was also exceptional, with stunning views from our room's infinity pool and sun terrace.

There was only one minor issue - the make-up services could be improved. However, this was overshadowed by the impeccable service from the staff and the private facilities available exclusively for guests.
