We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, nestled in a quiet village surrounded by lush gardens and a peaceful river. It provided a serene and relaxing atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, offering excellent room service and going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The hotel also had a beautiful swimming pool and spa, where we could unwind and indulge in rejuvenating massages. this place exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a tranquil and luxurious getaway.

I had an amazing stay at this tranquil oasis in Ubud. The room I stayed in was spacious and beautiful, with a breathtaking view of the neighboring rice fields. The outdoor shower added to the heavenly experience. The staff at Alam Jiwa were incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel like a part of their family. The sumptuous breakfast by the pool was a delight, and the complimentary shuttle service into town was a bonus. I highly recommend Alam Jiwa for a memorable stay in Ubud.

Convenient location near restaurants. Free shuttle and close to yoga studio and Balinese restaurant. Lovely pool with afternoon tea and coffee.

The hotel provides a shuttle service, making it easy to explore the nearby attractions and shops in the center of town. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with some featuring outdoor showers and private verandas. The friendly staff goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay, providing excellent service and a delicious breakfast.

Some rooms may have limited air-conditioning, but the ceiling fans help to keep the rooms comfortable.

The location of this hotel was amazing! It was nestled in a quiet street full of cozy restaurants and it was still accessible to all the busy areas nearby. the room was spacious and well set up. We loved the outdoor seating area that overlooked the beautiful green surroundings. the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and the sumptuous breakfast was served in a lovely pool area. the shuttle service around the town was also a great convenience. Highly recommended!

Although the room was spacious and lovely, we did experience a bit of a bug problem in the bathroom after a lot of rain. However, this was only a minor issue and didn't detract from the amazing stay we had at this hotel.
