The beach at this hotel is truly stunning. With crystal clear waters and a sandy shore, it's the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun. The Royal restaurant offers a top-notch dining experience, with delicious food and a beautiful atmosphere. The rooms at the hotel are well serviced, with extra towels and water readily available. The staff go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, providing excellent service and always with a smile.

One drawback is the limited number of lifts in the main building, which can sometimes lead to longer waits and crowded elevators.

Good value for money, complimentary meals were a nice touch. the hotel had a convenient location close to a variety of shops and attractions. the grounds were well-maintained and there was a good range of food options available.

The bar closed at 11 pm, which was a bit early for us. the room was a bit outdated and could have been more comfortable.

The staff was amazing and made us feel very welcome. The grilling station and Italian restaurant were great, and the spa and snorkeling were fantastic. We felt safe and had a lot of fun.

Luxurious amenities fulfilled all my needs, including access to a private beach and outdoor swimming pool. the fine dining restaurant and poolside snack bar served delicious food. the Spa centre provided a great experience, complete with a sauna, steam bath and health club. I appreciated the friendly and attentive service from the staff. Cons: My room lacked a garden area, but the stunning beachfront location made up for it.

My spacious room had a stunning sea view and a large, comfortable bed. The plate of fruits as a welcome gift was a lovely touch. The hotel provided a quiet and calm environment, perfect for relaxation. I am extremely satisfied with the excellent hospitality and service provided by the staff at Serenity Beach Resort.
