I loved the hospitality and care provided by the housekeepers at Ramada. They kept our suite very clean, making our five-week stay enjoyable. I'd recommend this hotel.

The staff were extremely polite and helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Amina at the front desk was particularly amazing, helping us with a late check-out and answering all of our questions with a smile. The meals were delicious with a wide selection, and the catering team even surprised us with a birthday cake for my daughter's special day. Thank you, Amina and the entire staff, for making our stay memorable.

We felt so at home during our stay that there is really no reason to complain. The hotel provided fantastic service, value for money, and the staff were professional and friendly.

The hotel is located in a central area that is near everything. The room was spacious and had a decent size refrigerator, microwave, and coffee/tea water warmer. The bathroom was clean, and the maid service was excellent. Additionally, the indoor swimming pool was great.

Some areas of the hotel seemed old and in need of updating.

We had an amazing time as a family at Ramada. Our stay was for a few nights and we were upgraded to a spacious suite room. The room was clean and well-equipped with a fridge, TV, sofa, and dining table. The highlight of our stay was the delicious breakfast and dinner, offering a variety of cuisines. The hotel also had a fantastic indoor swimming pool with steam and sauna. The staff, especially Mr. Hussain and Emma, were friendly and accommodating. The hotel definitely offers great value for money.

Great value for money in the city center. The staff were attentive and the basic amenities provided were good. I loved the rooms with complete kitchenware and the bathtub was so relaxing. The breakfast included was a pleasant bonus.

We loved the central location of this place, and the service was excellent. The staff working here were very friendly and welcoming, keeping a smiling face and a hospitable attitude. The amenities were great, especially the spa and wellness centre, where we enjoyed a massage and sauna. The indoor and outdoor swimming pools were also very relaxing, along with the sun loungers and beach umbrellas. This hotel has several leisure facilities, such as table tennis and billiard tables, an on-site restaurant with a delicious continental breakfast, and an area designed for children to play safely. The in-room amenities were also impressive, including a kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, and a flat-screen TV to watch cable/satellite channels.

Delicious half board buffet with select menu options. Welcoming and attentive staff, including concierge and front desk.

The Thanksgiving holiday is always fun, and this hotel had two things that made it better. They offered complimentary meals all day long, and the central location made it easy to get around to all the local attractions. the gym facilities had a lot of equipment and were clean.

There were a few negatives with the hotel. the first was the staff assigning the wrong room upon check-in, which caused a lot of frustration.

My weekend stay at Ramada was a great value for money. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. The staff, including the manager Mr. Gardazi, Miss Gizella, Miss Amila, and Miss Erma, were all incredibly nice, sweet.

One thing that could make the breakfast selection better is to have a wider variety of options.
