The staff were helpful and pleasant. Rooms were comfortable and well-sanitized. Delicious food, good selection. Great service overall.

I loved the hospitality and care provided by the housekeepers at Ramada. They kept our suite very clean, making our five-week stay enjoyable. I'd recommend this hotel.

The staff were extremely polite and helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Amina at the front desk was particularly amazing, helping us with a late check-out and answering all of our questions with a smile. The meals were delicious with a wide selection, and the catering team even surprised us with a birthday cake for my daughter's special day. Thank you, Amina and the entire staff, for making our stay memorable.

We felt so at home during our stay that there is really no reason to complain. The hotel provided fantastic service, value for money, and the staff were professional and friendly.

The hotel is located in a central area that is near everything. The room was spacious and had a decent size refrigerator, microwave, and coffee/tea water warmer. The bathroom was clean, and the maid service was excellent. Additionally, the indoor swimming pool was great.

Some areas of the hotel seemed old and in need of updating.

We had an amazing time as a family at Ramada. Our stay was for a few nights and we were upgraded to a spacious suite room. The room was clean and well-equipped with a fridge, TV, sofa, and dining table. The highlight of our stay was the delicious breakfast and dinner, offering a variety of cuisines. The hotel also had a fantastic indoor swimming pool with steam and sauna. The staff, especially Mr. Hussain and Emma, were friendly and accommodating. The hotel definitely offers great value for money.
