We loved staying at this place! The location amid the beautiful gardens on several different islands connected by bridges is truly unique and breathtaking. The service was exceptional, from room service to housekeeping to the bell staff/porters who went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The amenities were top-notch, with everything from car hire to laundry service to tours offered. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a balcony with garden furniture. The dining options were fantastic, with breakfast buffet, dinner, and poolside snack bar available. The leisure options were also great, with a spa & wellness centre, outdoor swimming pool, and access to the beach. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious stay.

We appreciated being allowed to check in earlier and given a room close to the beach due to my parents' age. the food was amazing with good variety. we would definitely recommend Sheraton for a peaceful and memorable stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel located not far from the amazing Cathedral. The cleanliness was top-notch and the hotel facilities were impressive. Despite some tired rugs, the overall decoration was beautifully done, exuding a warm and traditional English atmosphere. The brand new and bright bathroom added to our enjoyment. The parking space provided ample room for our vehicle. We were delighted to find out that the hotel was within easy walking distance of the town centre, which was all lit up for Christmas. The location was perfect, allowing us to explore this city conveniently.

Some meals were delicious while others were average at best. the wall and floor insulation was poor, and we could often hear our neighbors.

Live entertainment on the sun terrace is unforgettable. The garden area and Beachfront are well maintained and the ideal place for sun loungers and beach umbrellas.

The in-room breakfast was less than desirable, and the special diet menus were limited. The snack bar at the poolside was often busy, and the staff were less attentive than in other areas of the hotel.

We had an amazing family vacation at a resort located in a beautiful tropical paradise garden. Our room had a magnificent view of the canal. The staff, especially Kids corner restaurant manager Ali Mohammad Ali, provided excellent service. We enjoyed the variety of delicious food served every evening, including a barbecue on our table at the Oriental restaurant. The animation team kept our kids entertained, and we loved the nightly DJ performances. The private beaches were stunning, and the resort's location allowed us to easily explore nearby Abu Tig Marina with its great restaurants and boat tours.

The room cleaning service was slow and sometimes inconsistent.
