10 minutes from the airport, central location for exploring Cairo, cozy restaurant interiors

Rooms were dark, old furniture, need for major renovation!!! Bathroom cleanliness left much to be desired, hot water took too long to arrive!!! Limited electrical outlets, a very basic experience overall!!!

Exceptional service from the staff and beautiful pool area. Delicious breakfast with a wide variety. The warm atmosphere made my stay very enjoyable.

Some areas of the hotel show signs of aging, and the breakfast could use improvement in variety and quality.

The hotel features numerous restaurants and bars,, and the complementary airport shuttle was convenient.

Housekeeping fell short. we encountered cleanliness issues and the room decor felt neglected.

the sonesta hotel was in a pretty good location, close to everything. easy access from the airport, and the staff were super nice and really tried to help with everything. the restaurants had some good options, especially the lebanese food which was really tasty. the pool area was a nice place to relax after a long day, and the breakfast lasted a long time which made it easier to get up and go see the sights. rooms were comfy too.

I enjoyed the spacious twin room with comfortable mattresses. I did not eat at the restaurant but had room service, which was nice. I also used the jacuzzi and steam facilities. The hotel offered a free shuttle bus to the airport, which made my travel easier. I felt welcomed during my time here. As a single traveler from New York, I appreciated the chance to relax.

Comfortable beds, friendly staff, the room was clean and spacious with air conditioning that provided relief from the heat, and I enjoyed the beautiful pool area that was well-maintained.

The staff were over the top friendly and super helpful, especially the concierge who made amazing recommendations! Room cleanliness was spot on, and the location was perfect for exploring Cairo!

the staff is super nice and they really try to help u with whatever u need. special shoutout to the concierge who gave us awesome tips for exploring cairo. the pool area is really chill and perfect for relaxing after a long day. breakfast had a lot of good options but could use a lil more variety. my room was cozy and i liked that it was spacious enough for me to feel relaxed.

but the wifi was super slow and made it hard to do anything online. also, the housekeeping was really lacking, we had to ask multiple times for extra towels and stuff.
